Maxwell's Birthday Present

On April 11th Max had a Birthday and we bought him a really cool Transformers mask that changes your voice when you wear it. My boys loved playing with it while it was in the box. Ezra especially loved it. When the time came to wrap it before the party Ezra was devastated! He laid his head on the gift and just sobbed. In stead of comforting him as a good mother would do, I ran for my phone to take pictures of the pitiful sight. By the time I started taking picture he had lifted his head but was not about to leave the side of this treasure.

I really don't think anyone could look more sad if they tried!!

I just couldn't resist

Scotland is so precious, especially when she is sleeping. Here she is in the car after an awfully rough day. It made me almost forget about her temper tantrum not even 5 min. before. She really does not like being tired and in the car. I think she knows that she is going to fall asleep if she is not screaming loud enough for people in Africa to hear.

Bath Time Fun!

I love when my little ones are all happy and one of the times you are guaranteed to get all 4 of them happy is to throw them all in a nice warm bubble bath! I don't do it all THAT often, mainly because we end up with a lake on our bathroom floor when all is said and done. Tonight they all had PB&Js for dinner (yeah, I was a bit lazy this evening) and had sticky jelly all over themselves so I gave in and let them all splash their cares away! Here is Ezra just happy as a clam! What a love!

Landon loves the bubbles, as you can tell!

Scotland and Ezra checking out the bubbles.

What fun!!!

The whole crew! I love them all SO much!!

NO FUN!!!

Equals a sprained foot and 2 days of absolutely NO walking or standing.

Yup, poor Landon was at a birthday party and got hurt in the bouncy castle thing. Gabe reports that "he got kicked over" but I didn't see what happened other wise the kid that did it would no longer be around! He was in a bit of pain for 2 days but is now starting to try out walking again. His Uncle Ben was nice enough to see us the night it happened and wrapped it all up. I just feel so awful when my kiddos get hurt.

Hide and Seek

Immediately after I finished unloading the dishes from the dishwasher, Scotland found a new place to hide. She pulled out all the dishes that I had just put away and climbed on into the cupboard. She was so proud of herself but was not such a fan of the cupboard after Ezra shut the doors. She is such a cutie, even when she is getting into trouble!

I have such cute kids!

I know that this is no real news to anyone, but, MAN, my kids are SO cute!
These are just a few recent pictures that I thought were pretty adorable.Gabe being so serious, he was not feeling especially well.
Ezra, on a very important business call, obviously.

This is the best anyone can get of Landon, he does not like the camera.

This I just thought was beautiful. I love my kiddos. They are each so amazing to me!

WELCOME LIAM!!!

On April 3rd, William Bryant Blanchard (a.k.a. Liam) was born weighing 8 lbs. and 6 oz. He is such a doll and we are SO excited to have him in our family!! This is Bryant holding his new son, SO CUTE!!!

Mud Slide

Ezra and Landon have found that it is really fun to climb up my parents hill in their back yard and slide down on their bellies. What you see here is the result of me not paying enough attention to them as they played. Thanks to Oxyclean, their clothes washed up just fine!
